SENTINELS FC SOCCER CLUB
PLAYER REGISTRATION & TUITION AGREEMENT
Soccer Club • Est. 2023 • Season: 2025–2026
This Player Registration & Tuition Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Sentinels FC Soccer Club (“the Club”), a duly operating business establishment, and the undersigned player and/or the player’s parent or legal guardian (collectively, the “Member”). By signing below, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set forth herein.
1. Status of the Club
Sentinels FC Soccer Club is a registered business establishment. All fees, tuition, and charges described in this Agreement are contractual obligations owed to the Club in consideration of the training, coaching, facilities, and team participation the Club provides.
2. Term of Commitment — Full Season, No Exceptions
By signing this Agreement, the Member commits to a full one (1) year / full-season term. This commitment is firm and binding, and applies without exception once the Agreement is signed.
The Member understands that registration reserves a roster spot, secures coaching staff, and commits Club resources for the entire term, regardless of the Member’s actual attendance or participation.
3. Mid-Season Withdrawal & Release
Should the player, parent, or guardian choose to leave, transfer, or move elsewhere at any point during the season, the following shall apply:
• The Member remains responsible for the full year’s tuition in its entirety, whether or not it has been paid in full at the time of withdrawal.
• A processing fee equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the full year’s tuition shall be charged to release the Member from this Agreement and from any associated contracts or commitments held with the Club.
• No release, transfer authorization, or clearance will be issued by the Club until the full year’s tuition and the 25% processing fee have been paid in full.
4. Refund Policy
Consistent with the full-season commitment set forth in this Agreement, all tuition, registration fees, deposits, and other amounts paid to the Club are non-refundable. By signing, the Member acknowledges and agrees to the following:
• No refund, credit, or proration will be issued for any reason once payment has been made, including but not limited to voluntary withdrawal, transfer, relocation, dissatisfaction, missed sessions, injury, suspension, or removal from the team for cause.
• Because registration reserves a roster spot and commits Club resources for the entire term, partial-season participation does not reduce or offset the amount owed, and amounts already paid will not be returned.
• In the event of withdrawal, the obligations described in Section 3 (full year’s tuition plus the 25% processing fee) remain in effect and are not waived, reduced, or refunded by this policy.
5. Registration Fees & Payment Schedule
A registration fee of one hundred dollars ($100) per season is required. This is charged as a separate $100 registration fee for the Spring season and a separate $100 registration fee for the Fall season, for a total of two hundred dollars ($200) across both seasons. Registration fees are due at the time of registration for each season, are in addition to tuition, and are non-refundable in accordance with Section 4.
All tuition payments are due on the dates established by Club management. The following late-fee structure applies:
• Payments not received within five (5) days of the due date will incur a processing / late fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the amount then due.
• If payment remains outstanding after fifteen (15) days, the player may attend but will not be permitted to participate in any of the team’s practices, games, events, or other activities until the outstanding balance and applicable fees are resolved.
6. Outstanding Balances from Prior Seasons
Due to non-payment issues experienced in previous seasons, this Agreement enforces a strict payment policy.
Any player carrying an unpaid balance from a previous season will not be eligible to participate in any games, practices, or Club activities until that player has established and is actively maintaining a fair and agreed-upon payment plan with Club management. Such a plan must be arranged to secure and retain the player’s spot on the team.
7. Acknowledgment
The Member acknowledges that this Agreement is a binding contract; that the full-season commitment, withdrawal terms, refund policy, processing fees, late fees, and prior-balance conditions have been read and understood; and that signing below constitutes acceptance of all terms.
