Thank you for registering for a Tryout with Sentinels FC Soccer Club, we have Open Registration every Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 - 8pm at Ralph M. Lewis Sports Complex 6198 Citrus Ave, Fontana, CA 92336 Field #1. We look forward to meeting you. Please be ready for training with cleats, water, and (shin guards are optional).
